This Master's thesis analyses motivational system of instructor at the Ski school in ski-district Olešnice na Moravě. This analysis is focused on remuneration employee, appraisal employee and other proceses of motivational system including organizational culture. This thesis includes proposal of changing existing motivational system, which have influence to get more satisfied employee, more efficiency, degrease fluctuaction and than increase revenues and prosperity of company.
